Johanna is amazing! She got me processed and taken care of. Even got a great warranty credit on some tires that wore out prematurely. Thank you to the whole Costco Tire team!

They didn’t balance my tires on my last rotation, which ended up ripping my ball joints, $1200 worth of damage to my car and all I got was a lousy 15% off coupon. They always seem to be understaffed with mechanics who aren’t experienced, and every time I’m there, they’re dealing with an unhappy customer. Get your tires somewhere else if you plan on getting your balances/rotations at this location. I’ll be driving to Salt Lake City from now on for any further rotations until I get a new set and then I’m done with Costco tires. I had the dealer mechanic take detailed pictures and document everything appropriately because my joints wouldn’t have needed to be replaced if my tires were balanced on my last visit. I’ll be following up about this in the near future.

Extraordinary Customer Care and Service! Compliments to both Andres (Mgr) & Travis (Tech) Came in to have tires rotated and balanced and Travis discovered a serious issue with Axle/Hub where a bolt had literally sheared through and fell off while doing service. Travis brought matter to matter to manager Andres. They would not allow me (moral imperative) to drive the truck at all, let alone 1/2 block to Ford dealer insisting on it being towed there at COSTCO's expense!!!! Costco didn't cause the problem. WOW. What company does that and trains their employees to take care of their customers like this? Costco does. Still amazed days later. These Costco employees need to be congratulated for customer concern and real action. Of note another mechanic earlier same day in doing inspection of brakes did not see the problem (no blame on them either these things happen).

Infuriating. Had an appointment for tire rotation for 3:15 pm. I arrived 45 minutes early just to be safe. After waiting in line, they told me it would be a 2+ hour wait from the time of my appointment. Really frustrating when your time is limited and it takes that long for a simple tire rotation. Cancelled my appointment and I will go elsewhere.

Costco tire is the absolute worst. I wish I could give it Zero stars. The only positive thing I can say is that we got a pretty good price on the tires. I knew there was a problem after even with an appointment I had to wait for 2 hours before they got to our car to install the tires. About a year after we bought the tires we got a flat on our way home from a trip. We were turned away with 2 hours left in their day because they did not have "time" to patch the tire. They filled it up and sent us home. Fast forward another year and we picked up a piece of metal on the way to one of my wife's doctor's appointments. We stopped at the bountiful store 5 minutes after opening and once again were told that they did not have time to do anything. Had my wife not stepped out with her 8 months pregnant belly I don't know if they would have even filled up the air when they sent us away. They told us that the piece of metal was too big to fix and that we would have to go back to the store we got it from where they had the tire in stock. Thankfully I took my wife home first. When I got to the Ogden Costco they told me that they would take care of it. 4 hours later they presented me with a bill f
